Cachaça Serra das Almas (Fazenda Vaccaro)

Cachaça Serra das Almas is a Brazilian cachaça producer based at Fazenda Vaccaro in Rio de Contas, Bahia, in the Chapada Diamantina at about 1,200 metres altitude. It makes cachaça from organic sugarcane, with silver (aged two years in stainless steel vats) and gold (aged four years in garapeira wood barrels) products sold in 670 ml bottles at 39% ABV. The text says the brand has been producing in the region since 1998 and that it was the first organically certified cachaça in Brazil, with certification ended in 2024.
