Cachaçaria Spézia is a family-run cachaça producer founded in 1949 in Luiz Alves, Santa Catarina, Brazil. It makes artisanal cachaça in copper stills, with some aged in oak barrels, and also offers flavoured cachaças, liqueurs, caipirinhas and other spirits.
