Destilaria Batista (Fazenda Boa Sorte)

Cachaça Batista is a Brazilian cachaça brand whose spirit is produced at Fazenda Boa Sorte, a farm near the Serra da Canastra National Park in Minas Gerais. The farm combines traditional alembic distillation with modern production methods and also runs eco-tourism activities such as guided still tours and birdwatching. The brand traces its origins to the early 1940s and resumed production at the farm in 2008.
