Cachaça Guaraciaba is a Brazilian cachaça producer in Minas Gerais whose history dates to 1960, when it began making the spirit in a small water-wheel mill. The company describes its process as sugarcane harvested between May and November, fermentation in vats for 24 to 36 hours, and distillation in copper stills. Its product is cachaça, the sugarcane spirit.
