Distillerie Père Labat is a rum distillery on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe, described on its site as the oldest distillery on the island still in operation. It produces agricultural rum under the Guadeloupe geographical indication, including white, aged and barrel-matured rums. Visitors can tour the distillery to see the process from hand-harvested sugar cane to finished rum.
