About

Adom is a small Israeli distillery established in 2021 that produces spirits from locally grown ingredients, mainly dates from Kibbutz Samar. Its range includes classic and new-style spirits, such as arak, a date brandy and a coffee-based spirit. The company distils in small batches using copper pot stills and bottles its products in glass.
