Akagi Shuzo is a Japanese distillery and sake brewer in Takahashi city, Okayama Prefecture, operating since 1823. It produces sake and several shochu styles, including barley-free millet and rice-based spirits, along with rice and sake-lees shochu. Its products are sold as regional souvenirs and gifts.
