Hida Takayama Distillery (Funasaka Sake Brewery)

Funasaka Sake Brewery is a traditional sake brewery in the old town of Takayama, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, operating since the Edo period. It makes Japanese sake using spring water and sake rice, sells it both wholesale and through an on-site shop, and runs a restaurant serving Hida beef alongside its drinks. The company also exports its sake to a number of countries.
