Ikehara Shuzo is a small awamori distillery on Ishigaki Island in Okinawa, Japan, operating from a traditional red-tiled house in the Okawa area. It makes and sells Ryukyu awamori under the Shirayuri brand, including standard bottlings, a 44-proof coarse-filtered release, and limited editions, and also sells food items such as dressings, miso sauce and cake.
