Joraku Shuzo is a sake and shochu brewery founded in 1913 in Kumamura, Kumamoto Prefecture, in the Hitoyoshi Kuma basin. The company makes traditional honkaku shochu and liqueurs in small batches rather than mass production, with tours of its cask storage and liqueur facilities offered to visitors.
