Jufuku Shuzojo (合資会社寿福酒造場)

Jufuku Shuzojo is a shochu distillery in Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto, Japan, operating since 1890 and producing Kuma shochu. It makes rice and barley shochu using atmospheric (normal-pressure) distillation with locally sourced rice and barley. The company describes itself as one of the smallest shochu producers in Japan, with four people handling production.
