Kojika Shuzo is a shochu producer in Kagoshima, Japan, founded in 1971 as a cooperative of four small sake and shochu makers and later converted into a joint-stock company. It makes and sells Kagoshima sweet potato shochu, using local sweet potatoes and water, and also runs an agricultural company to secure its raw materials. The company is located in Kanoya city, Kagoshima prefecture.
