Nikaido Shuzo is a Japanese distillery in Oita Prefecture that produces barley shochu, a distilled spirit. Its best-known product is Oita barley shochu Nikaido, made from 100% barley and traced back to a historical sweet-sake style called asajizake. The company also makes rice shochu and other shochu brands.
