Nishi Yoshida Shuzo is a Japanese shochu distillery in Chikugo, Fukuoka, that has been making honkaku (traditional, single-distilled) barley shochu since its founding in 1893. Its best-known brand is the Tsukushi series, launched in 2001, and the company has also extended into craft gin.
