Sakai Shuzo is a sake brewery in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, that produces sake under the Gokyo brand. It uses locally grown rice, largely from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and soft water from the Nishiki River, and sells a range of sake including junmai, junmai daiginjo, nigori and sparkling styles. The company also runs a sake shop and offers brewery tours and sake-making experiences.
