Satsuma Shuzo is a Japanese shochu and whisky producer based in the Minamisatsuma area of Kagoshima. The company makes Satsuma Shiranami and Kuro Shiranami shochu and sells whisky under the HINOKAMI brand, along with ready-to-drink products such as a mojito and Satsuma Akane. The site also promotes a museum and visitor centre at its distillery.
