Shinpei Shuzo is a shochu distillery in Ōsaki town, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, that makes and sells honkaku shochu. It draws its water from its own intake site and uses domestically grown sweet potatoes and rice for koji, with production including wooden-pot distillation.
