Sudo Honke is a sake brewery in Kurihara, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, that also produces whisky and shochu. Its product range includes sake under the Amanohara brand, the Boso whisky made from its own malt blended with imported Scotch, and several shochu styles. The company says it also accepts OEM production work.
