Tasaki Shuzo is a shochu distillery in Ichikizakura (Ichiki-Kushikino), Kagoshima, Japan, founded in the Meiji era (1887 per the About page). It produces sweet potato shochu and emphasizes long-aged, matured shochu, rather than new releases. Its range includes regular, limited and premium aged products such as the Satsuma Nanatsuyu line and ICHIYON.
