Yamaguchi Shuzojo is a Japanese sake brewery in Fukuoka prefecture's Chikugo plain, operating under the name 庭のうぐいす (Niwa no Uguisu). It produces a range of sake including junmai and junmai ginjo, along with plum liqueur, doburoku, mirin, and shochu distilled from sake lees. The company has been brewing since the Edo period and exports to several countries.
