Yatsushika Shuzo is a sake, shochu and liqueur producer founded in 1864 in Kusu, Oita Prefecture, on Kyushu. The company draws on spring water from the Kujū mountain range and has been making its products for more than 140 years. It produces a range of Japanese sake, shochu and liqueurs.
