Tuak Atelier

Tuak Atelier is a small-batch producer of tuak, a traditional rice wine, based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. The company makes a range of vintaged expressions that combine Dayak brewing methods with Foochow red-yeast winemaking and local fruits, botanicals and spices. The listed ABV range is 11 to 17 percent.
