Casa Barú is a Panamanian rum producer that makes its spirit from artisanal cane honey sourced from small independent farmers in the highlands of Chiriquí. The rum is double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in oak barrels, including a secondary maturation in casks that previously held sherry, cognac or rye whisky. The company is based in Panama.
