Pedro Mandinga is an independent craft rum distillery in Panama City, founded in 2016, producing small batches with slow fermentation and copper pot still distillation. Its rums are made with raspadura (unrefined cane sugar) from a single family farm in Chiriquí province. The company also runs rum bars and offers cocktails and liqueurs, with locations in Casco Viejo, Vía Argentina and Usaquén.
