Topper's is a family-run waterfront complex on the Caribbean's largest lagoon in Sint Maarten, housing a restaurant, bar, gelateria, gift shop and a rum distillery. The distillery makes rum, which is described as the island's official and only export, and offers guided tours with tastings.
