Destilerías San Valero is a wine cooperative alcohol plant in Cariñena, Aragón, Spain, founded in 1957 by local winery cooperatives. It processes grape pomace, lees and wine from its member wineries to produce alcohols, tartaric salts, grape seeds and organic fertilisers. Its products serve the food, biofuel and industrial sectors, both in Spain and internationally.
