Säntisblick Destillerie

Säntisblick Destillerie is a distillery in Niederbüren in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland, operating its own wood-fired still since 2011. It makes fruit brandies such as Vieille Prune and Vieille Poire, liqueurs, Swiss whisky and gin, and offers consulting for custom liqueur, gin and whisky projects. The business has its roots in a farm that moved from mixed farming to fruit growing, with plums and cherries grown on its own and regional land.
