Dry Diggings Distillery

Dry Diggings Distillery is a small, family-run craft distillery in the Sierra foothills of northern California, producing its own labels including rye whiskey, single malt whiskey, vodka, gin, brandy and other spirits, plus private-label spirits for other brands. It also offers contract distilling, including custom brandy projects with wine producers and turning surplus beer into whiskey. The company operates a cocktail bar and restaurant on its premises in El Dorado Hills, California.
