Misadventure & Co. is a distillery based in Vista, California, that makes vodka from surplus unsold baked goods such as bread, croissants and pastries, rather than traditional grains. The company also runs a tasting room and cocktail bar and hosts events there. Since launching in 2018, it has sold its vodka online and through its venue.
