Prismatic Distilling Company is a distillery that makes spirits in small batches, using mashes that are either made in-house or supplied by local winery and brewery partners. It uses an iStill 500 to distill various fermented bases and can infuse finished spirits with added flavors. Its products are sold through its online store, subscription clubs and a list of partner stores and restaurants, and it does not operate a tasting room.
