Jack Rabbit Hill Farm is a diversified farm in western Colorado that makes wine, cider and spirits. Its CapRock line of gin, vodka and brandies is fermented and distilled on site in a copper pot still, using organic grapes and apples grown on the farm and by local growers in Delta County.
