AppStrawBrandies, also known as Branford Distillery, is a small craft distillery in Branford, Connecticut, on Long Island Sound. It makes handmade spirits from corn, grains, Asian and Japanese sweet rice, and wines from apples and grapes, distilled in electric pot and column stills and aged in oak barrels. Visits are by appointment only.
