Grove & Grain Distillery

Grove & Grain is a Florida distillery that makes spirits predominantly from Florida-grown agricultural products, using wild local yeast and double pot distillation. It plans rum, a tangerine-forward gin, rye whiskey and bourbon once they are matured. The company is renovating a 1915 building in downtown Brooksville for a planned tasting room, and until then sells its products at local craft fairs.
