Koenig Distillery

Koenig Distillery is a spirits producer in Idaho's Sunnyslope region, founded in the late 1990s by a family that drew on Austrian distilling traditions. It makes vodka from local potatoes, huckleberries and peaches, and fruit brandies distilled in copper stills. The company also runs a tasting room, a distillery tour and a barrel house where its spirits are aged, located near Caldwell.
