Up North Distillery

Up North Distillery is a craft distillery in Post Falls, Idaho, making small-batch spirits by hand on a copper pot still. It uses locally sourced grains, honey and fruit to produce single malt whisky, honey spirits, pine liqueur and apple brandy. Visitors can book tours and tastings at the distillery.
