Tierra Distilling Co. and Café is a drinks producer making brandies, whiskies, liqueurs and coffee drinks, using rescued fruit and unusual raw ingredients. The company says it aims for sustainable, planet-conscious practices. Its first production distillery is in Clarendon Hills, housed in a converted former fire and police station.
