Cedar Ridge Distillery is a craft distillery in Swisher, Iowa, that produces whiskey, including bourbon and an American single malt, along with vodka and fruit liqueurs. It distills its spirits in four European-engineered pot stills and also runs a venue offering food, cocktails, wine and live events. The company says it was founded in 2005 and was the first licensed distillery in Iowa since Prohibition.
