Springhill Distillery is a craft grain-to-glass distillery in Hebron, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore, that makes small batches of spirits from scratch. It produces corn whiskey, both traditional and flavored, using locally sourced grain distilled in a pot still. The company says aged spirits and more varieties are planned as it grows.
