Nashoba Valley Winery is a farm-based destination in Bolton, Massachusetts, combining an orchard, vineyard, distillery, brewery and restaurant on about 50 acres. It makes wines, spirits and beer, and offers tastings, production tours and farm-to-table dining. The company was started in 1978 to make wines from fruit grown in New England.
