Dampfwerk Distilling is a family-owned distillery in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, producing German-style fruit brandies, liqueurs and other spirits. Its range includes apple and pear brandies, orange liqueur, aquavit, several gins and an American single malt whiskey. The company says it sources fruit from local orchards and uses a copper still imported from Germany's Black Forest region.
