The Lab

The Lab is a pilot manufacturing and quality testing facility for beverage makers, opened in 2019 as an innovation arm of BevSource. It offers small-scale commercial-grade production runs for experimental beverages and a full-service, TTB-certified laboratory for analytic, microbiological and quality assurance testing. The site lists support for categories such as beer, RTD cocktails, hard seltzers, kombucha and functional waters.
