Alistair's Distillery LLC

The company makes spirits from local wine and botanical ingredients, including grape brandy distilled from Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir grown on the lake's eastern slopes. Sales are limited to on-site purchase during an annual bluegrass festival held each August.
