Barber's Farm Distillery, operating under the 1857 Spirits brand, is a family farm distillery in the Schoharie Valley of New York State's northern Catskills. It makes potato vodka from potatoes grown on its own land, using spring water from the property, and also offers a barreled product and a whiskey-style spirit made from potato. The company sells through its online store and a tasting room at its farm road stand in Middleburgh, New York.
