Clayton Distillery

Clayton Distillery is a farm-based distillery in the Thousand Islands region of Northern New York, established in 2012 and open for business since 2013. It produces spirits including vodka, gin, corn whisky, bourbon, flavored whiskies, moonshines, limoncello and fruit liqueurs, made from locally grown grains and fruits. Products are sold at the on-site retail store, some local and regional liquor stores, and can be shipped through a partner store.
