Harvest Spirits

Harvest Spirits is a small-batch farm distillery in the Hudson Valley of New York, operating from a converted cold storage room on its apple farm. It makes vodka, gin, applejack, whiskey and brandy from its own apples and other local fruit, and also sells balsamic vinegar and hosts visits, cocktails and events at the farm.
