Method Spirits makes traditionally styled vermouths using wine and brandy from the Finger Lakes region of New York. Its products include a sweet vermouth modeled on Italian styles and a dry vermouth inspired by French dry and blanc vermouths. The company was launched in late 2020 after a development period that began at a New York City restaurant.
