Saint Lawrence Spirits

Saint Lawrence Spirits is a family-owned craft distillery in Clayton, New York, operating a 500-gallon copper pot still and a column still. It makes vodka, gin, absinthe, moonshine, whiskey and bourbon, using grain sourced from New York State farms and water from the Saint Lawrence River to proof its spirits. Its raw materials are partly grown on the company's own farm.
