Strickland Hollow Distillery

Strickland Hollow is a working cider apple farm with an artisan distillery and event space, set in the Catskill Mountains in New York State. The company makes apple brandy, a barrel-aged apple spirit from pomace, and a fortified, barrel-aged cider. It also runs a tasting room and café in Delhi that serves local charcuterie, cheese and other food alongside wine, beer, cider and spirits from New York State.
