War Cannon Spirits, LLC

War Cannon Spirits is a small farm distillery in the Champlain Valley of New York that makes small-batch spirits, mainly whiskey, from locally grown cereal grains. The company ages its spirits in Northeastern white oak barrels and runs a tasting room, Defiance Hall, in Crown Point, New York, which it restored from an early 19th-century sawmill.
