Wigle Whiskey is a craft distillery in Pittsburgh's Strip District that produces small-batch whiskey using a grain-to-glass process, sourcing grains from local farmers and distilling by hand in copper pot stills. The company also operates a visitor space offering flights, craft cocktails and a dining menu paired with its spirits. The site says the business is rooted in Western Pennsylvania's whiskey history and aims to revive the local Monongahela rye tradition.
